I have already made a review on John, but since he still hasn't helped me, I'm making a new one. I contacted John on Fiverr, asking him to copy a Tebex store. He said that was fine and that he could do it, so I proceeded to pay him. However, it was not the 1-to-1 copy I wanted, so I opened a ticket in his Discord server. He never responded, and it's been at least a week since I opened the ticket. I've had this ticket open for 3 months now, and I still don't have the work I requested. I do NOT recommend Brildes Design or John at all, as the service is terrible. He is also ignoring me—I know this because I used an alternate account, and he responded quickly. I don't understand why he is ignoring my main account. He then said that he can't copy the site, but his first message to me on Fiverr was that he could. If I don't get a response from him, I will be reporting his account. Additionally, he sent the template I paid for to other people, as it was the exact same as mine with his watermark, which I find a bit rude. Please don't buy from here; it's a waste of time.
