Ember terms of service

  1. Ember is a product of Vouchley and is governed by the terms of service and privacy policy of Vouchley.
  2. Your Ember license is limited to one person and is non-transferable.
  3. You may not use Ember for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  4. You must not use Ember or Ember's API in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the Service.
  5. Vouchley is not responsible for any legal or financial disputes between license holders and their clients. Vouchley will not act as a mediator in any such disputes.
  6. Vouchley reserves the right to terminate your license at any time if you violate these terms of service.
  7. Ember has a strict no refund policy unless one of the following conditions are met:
    • The user has not received their license login credentials within 24 hours of purchase.
    • The user has been granted a refund by an administrator of Vouchley.
  8. Vouchley reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time.
  9. Vouchley reserves the right to change the price of Ember at any time.
